What is PMU Pal?

PMU Pal is a simple dashboard where you add a client after a procedure, and three things happen automatically:

Aftercare emails - Your clients get daily guidance through their healing. Day 0 through Day 14, they know exactly what to expect. No more "Is this normal?" texts at 11pm.
Smart review requests - A satisfaction survey goes out first. If a client is unhappy, you have time to reach out before a review request is sent. Happy clients get a direct link to your Google page. This protects your reputation.
Touch-up reminders - At 6-8 weeks (you choose the timing), your client gets a reminder to book their touch-up. No more missed appointments.

How It Works

You finish a procedure, open PMU Pal, type the client's name and email, pick the procedure - and you're done. Takes about 10 seconds. Everything else is automatic.

PMU Pal comes with pre-built aftercare sequences for Microblading, Lip Blush, Eyeliner, SMP, and Powder Brows. You can edit every email, change the timing, or create your own from scratch.
