Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited USPS Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days.

  • Canada Post Expedited: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business day.

Delivery times apply once your order has shipped; processing times are separate.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions- watch for those offers!

4. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Canada and to the U.S. (excluding PO boxes, APO/FPO, and certain restricted locations). We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders shipping to locations that pose delivery challenges.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We’re not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages once they’ve been marked delivered by the carrier, but we’ll assist you with filing claims when possible.

7. Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We’re not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping information after placing an order, contact us immediately.

Air Express - $25 flat rate
